Guinea fowl, pork and prune terrine with a beetroot & coriander relish £6.95
Home-smoked duck breast with herbed cous cous and a cranberry & orange chutney £6.95


The main attraction:

Seared halibut steak with a confit of leek and a saffron broth £13.95
Honey roast breast of duckling with cabbage and smoked bacon £13.95
Stack of beef fillet and champ glazed with a wild mushroom & whisky jus £14.95
Blue cheese, woodland mushrooms, pine nuts, pepper and thyme galette with red onion marmalade (V) £11.95
