Enjoy an English menu, freshly prepared by our chefs from local Sussex produce

Try the seasonal English menu at our Flint Barn restaurant. Our head chef, Mark Goodwin, changes the menu each month, using local and, where possible, organic produce to create delicious dishes for you to enjoy. See our sample menus.

Open every day except Monday for lunch, from 12pm-3pm, and on Friday and Saturday evenings for dinner. Our restaurant is also available to book, day or evening, for small parties of up to 20 people.

Our recently opened Green Oak Barn has a superb ground-floor venue that can be hired for special events, accommodating up to 90 people.

Mark has created a tempting menu just for the occasion, and the intimate atmosphere of our restaurant is just perfect for that romantic meal for two! Reservations are available from 18.30. For a real treat, why not stay overnight in one of our luxurious boutique rooms?
